Has worked for the Harris County Sheriff’s Office for 24 years with 20 of those years in the patrol division. During his career he has made a lot of friends in the Law Enforcement community. A few years ago he was advised that a fellow Deputy had a sick daughter and needed help with raising money to offset some of the medical costs. Not knowing much about fundraising or benefits, he set out to do just that. It was a struggle at first; the good thing is that the Law Enforcement family sticks together and it was that strength that made his first fundraiser so successful. During the next several years he has been a part of numerous other fundraisers. After the murder of Deputy Darren H. Goforth, Tim was asked to participate in a benefit to help raise money for Goforth’s family. It was during the early stages of this benefit that this team now known as the Deputy Memorial Fund, Inc. was formed as he worked alongside them.
